SXSW Music Festival Showcasing Artists receive career-changing performance opportunities and access to music industry participants in Austin, TX. Each invited act is guaranteed one official 40-minute showcase slot between March 15–21, 2027. Domestic U.S. acts can choose monetary compensation in lieu of artist registration packages.

Open to signed and unsigned artists of all music genres globally; domestic U.S. acts may choose monetary compensation ($400 for full bands of 3+ or $175 for solo/duo) in lieu of artist registration packages.
Travel requirements
SXSW does not cover artist travel or accommodation; international artists are responsible for securing necessary visas.
